A Concierge Approach to Medicine
Most modern medicine is focused on getting you in and out as quickly as possible. Dr Williams takes a different approach, borrowing a service industry model. Dr Williams takes the time to get to know you, listen to your concerns, evaluate each situation, and work with you to develop solutions. Each patient is unique and needs to be treated as the individual they are. We understand this and work closely with our patients to provide real solutions that focus on the root of the problem.
What you need to know
Insurance
We do not participate in any commercial insurance for the time Dr. Williams spends with you (consultation/evaluation:1-2 hours per session). However, if you need any diagnostic testing such as blood work, MRI or CT, you may use your insurance coverage if applicable. Please do check with your insurance plan prior to those services.
We will be more than happy to provide you with the necessary information/documents for you to submit to your insurance company or get reimbursed from your HSA account (Health Saving Account). f
For Medical Acupuncture
We accept all Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation & Auto Insurance as well as some group insurance plans including the standard plan Highmark Federal Employee Program of BC/BS. We participate with the new HealthNet Veterans Admin. program for Acupuncture. However, most Pennsylvania based private insurance such as Highmark Blue Shield and Capital Blue Cross do NOT have coverage.
